A main Character of the story, Alex enters the fantasy world from the 21st century. She is betrayed by her lover Ash who is caught red-handed with her half-sister. However, she finds new love and happiness with Jason |
Alex and Jason
Jason is another 21st century character who somehow finds his way into the fantasy world with Alex. After a lifetime of abuse from his father, he finds peace and solace with alex. Alex leans on Jason for support. They are deeply in love. |

A small girl who is rescued and adopted by Tris, another major character, Sirt has Telepathic powers, and an inocent yet curious nature |
Tris
Tris, who abbandons her military training for a life in the forest, falls in love with Agee. After a short relationship, she bears his child, Elwing (Who dies young in a battle for Tris's village), and never see's him again.

Gleegree
Gleegree is a major character, born and bred in the forest. Macey, the powerful healer, protects him, however, hecannot protect him from a broken heart, which he sustains after Tris leaves him. However, at the end of the story, he and tris are reuntited |
